The Charbhuja Nath temple at Garhbor in Rajsamand district is dedicated to Vishnu in his four-armed form and is one of the most revered temples of Mewar. It is traditionally dated to 1444 AD, and its annual fair on Jaljhulni Ekadashi draws huge crowds.
Distance from Udaipur
Charbhuja is about 103–112 km north of Udaipur — roughly a two-hour drive. Most visitors combine it with Kumbhalgarh Fort (about 32 km away).
Temple timings
The Incredible India portal lists the temple as open 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We could not find an official aarti schedule, and a midday closure is possible, so check locally on the day of your visit.
Charbhuja fair (Jaljhulni Ekadashi)
The biggest event of the year is the fair on Jaljhulni Ekadashi (August–September), when the deity is taken in procession. Janmashtami is also celebrated. Expect heavy crowds on both.
